- Highlight the email, then select Open from the File menu.
- Go to the Message menu and select Show All Headers.

- Double click on the email, then select Open from the File menu.
- Click the Blah Blah icon to reveal the message header.

- Open the message and click on File and select Properties.
- Click on the Details tab and click the Message Source button.
Outlook 2002/XP
- Open the message and click on View and select Options.
- Message headers can be found in the Internet Headers box.

- Highlight the email, then select Open from the File menu.
- Go to the View menu and select Page Source.

- Highlight the email, then select Open from the File menu.
- Go to the View menu and select Page Source.
Outlook Express 5/6 for Windows
- Highlight the email, then select Open from the File menu.
- Go to the File menu again, and select Properties.
- Click on the Details tab and then click the Message Source button.
Outlook Express 5 for Macintosh
- Highlight the email, then select "Open" from the 'File' menu.
- Go to the 'View' menu and select "Source".
